We find it is very helpful to set goals, particularly SMART goals. They provide a roadmap for achieving the desired outcomes by guiding us toward specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound objectives. Example: 18% increase in sales in 6 months, 25% increase in membership this year, reduce admin costs by 15% in 3 months, participate in more community-based activities.

If we were having a celebration after a successful project in 12 months, what would that look like to you? What are your success criteria? How many new leads would you have? What does your sales process look like? Be as descriptive as you can here – its time to think big!

Your brand serves as the confluence of what you say and how your customers feel about your identity. Help us gain a bit more of an understanding about them. How old are they? Where do they work and play? What are their interests? If we met them at a party or function, what would they be like? Keep in mind that many businesses, companies and organizations have multiple audiences.
